Abuse among teens is growing problem with many families across the nation. So many teens feel trapped and scared with no one to turn to in their time of need.

No teen should feel like their is nowhere to turn, and abuse amoung teens is an issue to be addressed immediately. Whether it be physical abuse, mental abuse, or substance abuse these issues all need immediate attention. There is light at the end of the tunnel and help is around the corner.

A growing number of troubled teens are finding themselves logging into chatrooms and telling complete strangers what is going on in there teen lives. This has been monitored by many agencies and after close review, there are a high number of teens claiming they are being abused at home. How true this is can not be determined at unless every case is investigated thoroughly. Chatrooms are becoming the safe place for teens to log in under a different name and chat with other teens about what is going on in their lives. I encourage families to stay involved with there teens as much as possible.
