What To Know About Wilderness CampsThere are many kinds of wilderness camps offered throughout the United States for all kinds of persons. While many of them operate year round, others operate during late spring, summer and early fall and can usually be located in warmer climates. The majority of adventure wilderness camps reach full capacity during summer vacation time. This is when kids of all ages, ranging from eight year olds to nineteen year olds, enjoy great summer activities and adventures. On the other hand, a summer wilderness camp is usually located on coastlines and offers snorkeling, surfing and boogie boarding activities, as well as beach BBQ fun and camp outs.
